The Brewers haven't played the Angels since 2004

The Angels have won 10 of their last 12  and 15 of their last 19 and find themselves a half game back of division-leading Texas. They come fresh off a sweep of the Dodgers - the first time they've done that in 14 years.

Tonight's pitcher, Joe Saunders is 4-1 with a 2.63 ERA over his last seven starts, but has not fared so well at home, having gone 1-5 over his past seven starts at Angels Stadium.

After starting the season hot on the road, the Brewers have lost 10 of their last 14 away from Miller Park.

The Angels had a 14 game road trip before returning home for this series. Theywere 11-3 over those two weeks - the franchise's most wins on one trip since 1962.

Hideki Matsui and Erick Aybar are red-hot in June. Matsui is hitting .417 with 12 RBIs in June, while Aybar has batted .424 over his last 14 games.

The Brewers and Angels have met 6 times since the Brewers went National and the Angels lead the series 4-2.

Milwaukee is 1-8 in their last 9 Monday games.

Randy Wolf faced the Angels twice as a Dodger and is winless against them.
