Brewers baseball is beginning to get exciting again, so join us after the jump to continue the fun.

Randy Wolf (5-6, 4.79) is coming off a lovely badass outing against the Rockies where he went 7 innings, gave up just one run and three hits. Before that, he went seven innings and gave up two runs and three hits to the Angels. Hopefully he's turned the corner this season and will be playing like he's worth $30M from here on out. His ERA is bad and his FIP is even worse, standing at 5.85 now. He's seen a big decline in strikeouts this season down from a 7.3 K/9 in his career and 6.72 last season to 5.18 in 2010. And his walks have gone in the opposite direction. Like I said, hopefully he's turned a corner this season.

Doug Fister (3-3, 2.45), has been part of a Mariners pitching staff that has been doing their damnedest to keep Seattle alive. This is his first full season in the majors, having pitched in 11 games and 61 innings last year. He hasn't been a strikeout machine as he is currently sporting a 4.13 K/9, but he also hasn't given up very many walks or hits either (0.962 WHIP). He's been a very good pitcher this year, so hopefully the Brewers can figure him out.

The Lineup today:

Weeks 4
Hart 9
Fielder 3
Braun 7
McGehee 5
Edmonds 8
Escobar 6
