Yovani Gallardo (11-6, 3.50 ERA) will take the mound for the Brewers tonight, but Yovani Day doesn't seem to have the same luster as it did earlier in the year. Our fearless ace appears to still be suffering some lingering affects of his oblique strain. Yo has allowed 6 ER in each of his last two starts, hasn't recorded a quality start since Aug. 2nd, and has a 6.27 ERA in 7 starts since returning from the DL. If all those fun facts have you a little blue, here's some that might cheer you up a little: Gallardo leads the NL in K/9 at an even 10.0, he's giving up half an many homers this year as last year, and he's walking almost one batter less per nine inning this year compared to last year. In his career against the Reds, Gallardo is 2-2 with a 4.42 ERA. Four Reds have faced Yo at least 10 times:

PA Slash line
Brandon Phillips 21 .412/.500/.712
Joey Votto 14 .308/.357/.385
Jay Bruce 10 .500/.600/.875
Ramon Hernandez 10 .125/.300/.250

Aaron Harang

(6-7, 5.02 ERA) will be starting for the Reds tonight. Harang will be making his first start since going on the DL on July 6th with lower back spasms. In his two minor league rehab starts, Harang allowed 11 ER in 11 innings (9.00 ERA). Harang allows plenty of hits (10.6/9 inn) and doesn't strike out many (6.7/9 inn), but he still been pretty durable for the Reds; he's pitched at least 6 innings in 11 of his past 13 starts. In his career against the Brewers Harang is 5-5 with a 4.51 ERA. Five Brewers have faced Harang at least 10 times:

PA Slash line
Prince Fielder 38 .333/.342/.583
Craig Counsell 36 .353/.389/.529
Rickie Weeks 33 .258/.303/.258
Ryan Braun 19 .263/.263/.737
