Follow the jump for the usual...

Randy Wolf (13-11, 4.24) will hopefully be starting for the Brewers tonight. In his last time out Wolf allowed 1 ER on 4 H and 2 BB in 6 innings against the Reds. He might be overpaid, but Wolf has been pretty much what we expected; or at least, what we should have expected from him. Take out that one ugly start in Pittsburgh, Wolf has a 3.81 ERA. And since that one ugly start, Wolf is 6-2 with a 2.57 ERA. In his career against the Metropolitans Wolf is 12-5 with a 3.29 ERA. Five Mets have faced Wolf at least 10 times

PA Slash line
Luis Castillo 60 .377/.431/.566
Jose Reyes 41 .297/.366/.486
Carlos Beltran 36 .344/.417/.750
David Wright 35 .496/.400/.407
Henry Blanco 13 .364/.333(?)/.545

Mike Peflrey (15-9, 3.75 ERA) will be starting for the Mets tonight. In his last time out Peflrey allowed 2 R (1 ER) on 5 H in 7 innings against the Marlins. His ERA might look decent, but his peripherals aren't. He allows more than a hit per inning, doesn't strike out many (5.1 K/9) and has a 1.402 WHIP. The .316 BABIP he is sporting is probably holding down that ERA a bit. In his career against the Brewers, Pelfrey is 1-0 with a 2.84 ERA. No Brewer has faced Peflrey at least 10 times.

Tonight's lineup:
