Today's matchup: Brewers (Wolf) at Yankees (Sabathia)

Hey, lefthanded pitching! Also, Kottaras catching (expected) and Mat Gamel at first (not expected.)

CC Sabathia (3.25 ERA, 2.81 FIP) is starting for the Yankees today. He's obviously not pitched against the Brewers as a Yankee. None of the Brewers have a statistically significant number of plate appearances against him. Sabathia is striking out less batters and walking more of them than he did in 2008, but he's also giving up less home runs. He's given up 4 or more runs in 4 of his last 7 starts, by the way.

Randy Wolf (3.20 ERA, 4.07 FIP) on the other hand has only given up 4 runs once in his last 7 starts. Andruw Jones, starting in left field today, has had 61 plate appearances against him with a .200 average and .715 OPS.

Lineup!

Rickie Weeks 2B
Carlos Gomez CF
Ryan Braun LF
Prince Fielder DH
Corey Hart RF
Casey McGehee 3B
Mat Gamel 1B
Yuniesky Betancourt SS
George Kottaras C
