Estrada, Fielder, Gallardo, Kotsay or Morgan: Who Will Be Brewer Of The Week?

Today we cap off a 3-4 week with perhaps the most unlikely set of candidates in Brewer of the Week history.

Marco Estrada pitched 4.2 hitless relief innings over three outings, walking three and striking out five.

Prince Fielder had three multi-hit games his week and batted .308/.379/.500 with three extra base hits.

Yovani Gallardo allowed four earned runs (and two unearned) across 14 innings in two starts this week, good for a 2.57 ERA. He walked five and struck out ten while giving up just nine hits in the outings.

Mark Kotsay appeared in six games this week and had a hit in all of them, including his first triple and home run of the season on Sunday against the Twins. He had two multi-hit games and batted .400/.400/.650 this week.

Nyjer Morgan had a hit in five of seven games this week, including a two hit game against the Diamondbacks on Monday and a three hit game on Saturday where he finished a single short of the cycle. All told he hit .308/.308/.538 this week.
