Two weeks to go.
The playoffs are closing in quickly, and the action is getting hotter. Texwestern came through with a big week to take the week 9 win. Jmag043 debuted in the competition this week, and put up a second place finish in the first week. The big week put texwestern back into the top four in the overall standings, which didn't see much change. The top sixteen remained the same, with only seeding changes in the standings. However, if you look at the last three weeks standings, three of the top five (Kid19, Midwest Muddler, Bush League All Star) are not currently in the projected playoffs but are in the top twenty-five of the overall standings. There is definitely still time to see some change in the playoff players.
With time running out, strategy becomes key. Making smart decisions based on good research becomes important. What's the strategy for you at this point? Are you going to make conservative predictions or take risks? Will you make safe picks and follow the crowd? Will you take some big risks and make the picks no one else makes? Will you go for three-point bonus predictions, or try to hit more one-point predictions? It's time to figure out what you will do to make your run.
