BCB Tracking Poll Shows Strong Support For Jerry Hairston Jr At Shortstop

This week's poll was open from noon Monday through Tuesday, and received 224 responses. Here are some of the notable results:

  • 62% of voters think Jerry Hairston Jr. should start at shortstop once Rickie Weeks returns. Just 30% of voters chose Yuniesky Betancourt
  • 72% of voters think Betancourt "was hot for a while, but now he's back to his old habits."
  • 81% of voters approve of the decision to pay Taylor Jungmann and Jed Bradley a combined $4.525 million, but just 38% are more confident in the organization's ability to draft and develop amateur talent after this draft season.
