The Phillies lost two games against the Mets yesterday by the scores of 2-1 and 6-3. That pushes Philadelphia's losing streak to eight games now.

Meanwhile, the Braves also lost to the Nationals 4-1. With this loss and the Cardinals win, Atlanta's wildcard lead is down to just two games.

The Diamondbacks crushed the Giants 15-2 to keep pace at one game back of the Brewers for the second seed in the playoffs.
