Today In Brewer History: Aramis Erupts

We've talked a lot about learning to like Aramis Ramirez as a Brewer this winter but we didn't always feel that way, and one year ago today we certainly had some fun at his expense.

In the fourth game of his team's spring training schedule, Ramirez dropped a popup and was involved in a dugout altercation with Cubs teammate Carlos Silva following a six run first inning in a 12-5 Brewer win. The Cubs committed 14 errors in their first four spring training games, setting the tone for a long season that eventually cost manager Mike Quade his job.
