W: Aroldis Chapman (2-0)
L: Randy Wolf (3-1)

HR: Juan Francisco (3), Martin Maldonado (2)
The Brewers lost six of their first seven games against the Reds during the regular season in 2011, but rebounded to win seven of their last nine to split the season series 8-8. This year they let the Reds beat them twice in Arizona, and hopefully that will even out during the regular season too.
The good news for Randy Wolf today is the fact that he was able to complete seven innings. The bad news is that he allowed seven runs on 12 hits while doing so. He did strike out six without walking anyone, though. The seven runs he allowed today doubled his spring total.
The Brewers got seven hits off Aroldis Chapman and his 100+ mph fastball today, but plated just two runs. Rickie Weeks had two of those hits off Chapman, including a double. After Chapman left the game Martin Maldonado hit his second homer off the spring in the ninth inning.
Nyjer Morgan was hit by a pitch in the back in the fifth inning and remained in the game temporarily, but eventually left early.
The Brewers hit the road tomorrow to take on half the Dodgers at Camelback Ranch at 3:05. They've only got one more home game left in Maryvale this spring, and perhaps ever.
