Baseball is back, kind of! Except starters will only be playing maybe a couple innings. And pitchers will mostly be throwing fastballs. After a long winter, I'd be happy just to see a kindergarten game of tee ball, though. So baseball!
The Brewers starting lineup:Weeks 2B Gomez CF
Morgan CF RF
Braun LF
Ramirez 3B
Hart RF Conrad 2B
Gamel 1B
Gonzalez SS
Lucroy C
Kottaras DH
Wolf P
Again, though, none of them will likely be playing for very long. Just enough to dip their toes back in. Something interesting to note: Jonathan Lucroy is battery mates with Randy Wolf today. Could the Brewers be looking to get Lucroy and Wolf together during regular season games as well? Todd Rosiak has an article up on that situation.
Zack Greinke will pitch following Wolf today, and Tom Haudricourt believes that John Axford may be pitching today as well. Other than that, we'll see who the Brewers send out.
Baseball!
Update: Rickie Weeks was scratched from the lineup due to shoulder tightness. Corey Hart was scratched due to knee swelling and will receive an MRI.
