Sometimes you bounce back in a big way.
A few days ago the Brewers were statistically the worst offense in the Cactus League, but today they plated runs in seven of their eight trips to the plate and hit four home runs en route to a 12-2 win over the Indians. Jonathan Lucroy was the big offensive story today: He had three more hits (including a homer) and is now batting .636 in Cactus League play.
Meanwhile, Randy Wolf, Juan Perez, Francisco Rodriguez and Manny Parra combined to pitch six no-hit innings to open the game. Parra allowed a hit in the seventh, while Zach Braddock allowed the Indians' only runs in the ninth.
The Brewers are back in action with a split-squad doubleheader tomorrow, hosting the Cubs at Maryvale and facing the Giants in Scottsdale.
