Braun, Hart, Kottaras, Lucroy Or Rodriguez: Who Will Be Brewer Of The Week?

A 4-3 week to open the season is nothing to sneeze at, and it provided us several interesting candidates for 2012's first Brewer Of The Week:

Ryan Braun led the Brewers with seven hits this week, including three doubles and a home run. He hit .304/.370/.565 and was worth +.026 WPA.

Corey Hart had a hit in five of his six games this week and remains in the National League lead with three home runs, including two hit on Saturday against the Cardinals. Finished the week hitting .353/.500/.941 and with +.283 WPA.

George Kottaras only came to the plate nine times this week but hit two home runs, including a game-winner against the Cubs on Wednesday. He's hitting .375/.444/1.125 on the week and was worth +.287 WPA.

Jonathan Lucroy had multi-hit games in two of his five appearances this week, and hit his first home run of the season on Tuesday. He posted a .357/.474/.571 line for the week and was worth +.156 WPA.

Francisco Rodriguez pitched 3.2 scoreless innings this week, working the eighth inning in three Brewer wins and recording his first Brewer save on Wednesday. He struck out five, walked two and allowed one hit over the 3.2 innings and was worth +.220 WPA.

Just missing the ballot this week: Carlos Gomez, John Axford.
