Braves 7, Brewers 4: Ron Roenicke's Postgame Comments

As seen on FS Wisconsin:

Didn't hear the question on this one:

No it wasn't. We're not playing the type of game we want to play on both ends, pitching and offensively. We're just not doing the things that we know we need to do.

Why does this happen?

I don't know. I don't know why you go through these little funks. But we started off not playing good last year and I don't want to do that again.

On the erratic offense through ten games:

Yeah, and that's going to be off and on according to who's pitching. I know we faced different guys and Beachy had a good first outing and he threw well again today, but we've got to kick it in gear a little earlier than the ninth inning.

On Chris Narveson:

Command was off. Walked the pitcher in a situation where he's got to go after him and get him, but his command was off.

Is there a mechanical issue with Narveson?

I don't think so. I think whether it's rhythm or confidence or whatever. But I don't think it's mechanical.

On the pitch Narveson threw for a homer:

It did. It's not that the pitch was necessarily the wrong call it's just that he threw it and it was inner third, and that's just not a place you can go with him.

On losing in Atlanta:

Well, if we play like this we're going to get beat everywhere. We can't play like this.

On the off day tomorrow:

Well it certainly can't be bad. It's not going to change any good momentum we had going.

At this point FS Wisconsin lost the feed.
