How To See More Posts On The Brew Crew Ball Front Page

We're a month into the 2012 season and I'm really proud of what we've been able to do here at Brew Crew Ball over the last four weeks. We're producing more content than ever before in our effort to continue to be the best place on the web to discuss and read about the Brewers.

However, I know this increase in content has created an issue for some of you. The default setting for an SB Nation site is for the eight most recent posts to appear at the top of the front page, and since we're producing upwards of ten posts per day that means relatively new stuff is getting bumped into the archives before all of you likely have a chance to see it.

If you're one of the people having this problem, there are two solutions. First, you could consider quitting your job, ditching all other responsibilities and spending all day, every day at Brew Crew Ball. To be honest, I wish more of you would pursue this option.

If you insist on maintaining a life away from this site, however, there is another option. Here's a quick tutorial on how to see more stories on the front page:

  • Sign into your SB Nation account. If you don't have one, creating one is easy.
  • Click on your username at the top left of the page. When you mouse over it, "View your profile" should display.
  • Click "edit account and settings" at the top right corner of your profile.
  • About halfway down the page under "site preferences," the second option is "Number posts to display on front page." Set that drop box to however many posts you'd like to see.

I have my preference set at 20 posts, which means I usually see most of the posts from the last two days on my front page without having to dig in the archives. Your preferences may vary.

Thanks for reading, and enjoy!
