The last few days have been really bad, but we can't just hide and ignore it. We have to move on, and that's what we will do. Let's move on and hope it gets better.
Higher scoring games are generally more fun to watch, and they also create more points scored in Prognostikeggers. As evidence of that, check out the three games from last week. In the first game, 160 points were scored. In the last two games, there was a total of 134 points scored. In that series, the person who took advantage of that the most was icecreamman, scoring 16 points in the series. Right behind him is badgerman59, and then there's a four-way tie for third place behind them.
Note: I haven't updated the MVP section yet since the roster move for Mat Gamel has not been made yet. Once that has been made, I will update the MVP section to the correct roster. If you want to predict the new player as the MVP, just pick Gamel and I'll update your prediction once I update the forms.
Extra Prediction for the Series: We've got some strikeout pitchers coming out this weekend. For this series, you are going to predict the total number of strikeouts in the game. This is the total number of strikeouts between all pitchers used in the game. If you predict the number exactly, you will get 2 points. If you are within 3 strikeouts, you will get 1 point. As a point of reference, in the last series, here are the strikeout totals: 20 K on 4/30, 13 K on 5/1, and 12 K on 5/2.
