It was a very tough night for the Manatees as they could not hold onto the lead. They lost to Palm Beach thanks to a five run bottom of the ninth inning.
The Timber Rattlers made things interesting by allowing 2 runs to cross the plate in the top of the ninth but managed to hang on for the victory. The win was their sixth straight and the team is 8-2 over their last 10 games.
