Your humble servant Admiral Ackbar, SJ filling in for Kyle today. For those new to the party, when I'm not running every single day, I write for Anonymous Eagle, Dadnabbit and Popdose. I'm sure Kyle is making me write this because I made him run every single day in the month of April.
Actually, the real reason I'm writing this is because last night was a Social Media night at Miller Park and your fearless leader was there. What exactly Social Media night? Since I'm painfully out of the loop, I'm not exactly sure. But I know lots of Brewers bloggers were there taking part. If you're even more curious, you can read through all those who participated last night by following this Twitter link.
As for the game? Yuck. This team was playing poorly before all the injuries, not it just seems they're going through the motions. Lifeless would be a pretty good term to describe the play of this team lately. I'm sitting around, patiently waiting for things to start going the teams way and it's just not happening. I'm far from throwing in the towel on this season, but I'm looking for signs of life, and I see nothing. At least the Cubs still suck. And the Astros. *glances at the standings* Oh, never mind.

Minor League Notes:
T-Rats: Swept the double header and have currently won 8 straight. The Rattlers haven't won eight straight since they did it twice in the 2003 season. They play an early game today at Noon. That makes it a Tuesday Afternoon game.
Sounds: Lost to the Albuquerque Isotopes. At 9-21, they have the worst record in the PCL.
Stars: Tyler Thornburg does it again.
Brevard County: Lost to Palm Beach.
