White Sox 1, Brewers 0: Today's Turning Points

No videos today, just have time to get the turning points up.

1) Eduardo Escobar's Tenth Inning Walk-Off Single: -.298 WPA

With Paul Konerko out of the game, Eduardo Escobar came in as a pinch hitter in the tenth inning with runners at first and second base. He hit the ball to the gap in left-center field to give the White Sox a walk-off win.

2) Alejandro De Aza's Leadoff Double in the Tenth Inning: -.175 WPA

Before Eduardo Escobar could walk off to end the game, Alejandro De Aza sent a double down the left-field line to set up the winning play by putting himself at second base.

T3) Alejandro De Aza's Eighth Inning Double: -.172 WPA

This set up the White Sox best chance to score before extra innings. The double advanced Orlando Hudson to third base and put runners at second and third with only one out.

T3) Alex Rios Lines into Double Play in the Ninth Inning: +.172 WPA

The ninth inning started with a walk to Paul Konerko. Brett Lillibridge came in to pinch run for Konerko, and ran on a hit ball from Alex Rios. However, Cesar Izturis made a jumping catch to get the first out, and then made a throw to first base that Corey Hart couldn't handle, but was there in more than enough time for him to recover and step on first to get Lillibridge out.

5) Francisco Rodriguez Strikes Out Gordon Beckham in the Eighth Inning: +.164 WPA

Michael Fiers left the game with runners on second and third with one out, and Francisco Rodriguez took over for Fiers. This was the first of his two strikeouts in the inning, as he struck out Beckham for the second out and keep the runners at second and third.
