Edit: After doing some searching, Mike Fiers is actually the 19th player to record 10 QS in a season as a rookie. Manny Parra was an interesting case, as his DL time complicated the situation. However, he was a rookie in 2008 when he had at least 10 QS. The post has been updated to reflect this.

Tonight, Mike Fiers flirted with a perfect game. He didn't get it, but still put up another great start. It was his tenth quality start of the season. He is the 19th Brewer to record ten quality starts in a season as a rookie. Here is a list of the other players:

Player Year Player Year
Manny Parra 2008 Bill Wegman 1986
Yovani Gallardo 2007 Teddy Higuera 1985
Ben Sheets 2001 Jaime Cocanower 1984
Scott Karl 1995 Moose Haas 1977
Steve Sparks 1995 Jerry Augustine 1976
Angel Miranda 1993 Kevin Kobel 1974
Cal Eldred 1992 Bill Parson 1971
Don August 1988 Jim Slaton 1971
Juan Nieves 1986 Skip Lockwood 1970

He has about 10 starts left in 2012. How many more of those will be quality starts?
