Huntsville's game may have been cancelled, but Hunter Morris is still and will always be the official 2012 Southern League MVP.
Nashville and Huntsville are now done for the year. Wisconsin's regular season is done, but they are in the Midwest League playoffs. Helena is still at it for another week. I assume this week we'll see an Unleashing of the Prospects at the MLB level; Brandon Kintzler already pitched for the Brewers yesterday.
Erick Almonte was activated in time to play in Nashville's game yesterday; he pinch-hit in the pitcher's spot and struck out. I'm assuming he was activated to give him his last professional plate appearance. I hope the next stage of his career will be what he's expecting.
