Tuesday's CS Open Thread

Come root for the Tigers and Dodgers with us.

Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

Today will be one of the last two-game days of the season, so enjoy it while you can.

The action starts today at 3 in Detroit, where the Tigers host the Red Sox with Justin Verlander taking on John Lackey. I'm sure the Tigers will sell out today's game, but playing their first home game of the Championship Series on a rainy weekday is kind of a raw deal for Detroit. This series is tied 1-1.

Our attention shifts back to the National League at 7 when the Dodgers will look to even their series with the Cardinals with Ricky Nolasco on the mound against Lance Lynn. Hopefully the Cardinals will be done whining about yesterday in time to play this game.

The ALCS game this afternoon is on FOX, and tonight's NLCS game is on TBS.
