There is still baseball going on, and two teams will be playing today in the first game of the World Series. The St. Louis Cardinals travel to the Boston Red Sox in game 1 of the series. The Cardinals start game 1 with Adam Wainwright, who is 2-1 in 3 starts in the postseason with a 1.57 ERA, and has allowed batters a line of .207/.217/.317 in those starts. On the other side, Jon Lester starts for the Red Sox. He is also 2-1 in 3 postseason starts, with a 2.33 ERA and has allowed batters a line of .229/.316/.329 in the postseason.
