Baseball America's 2013 list of the game's top prospects is out, and you don't need to be a subscriber to see it.
If you're looking for a Brewer, though, be prepared to scroll down for a while. The only Milwaukee player listed is Wily Peralta at #69. This is actually a step back for Peralta, who was #56 at this time a year ago.
Only having one name on this list is also a step backwards for the Brewers, who had three in 2012. Taylor Jungmann and Jed Bradley were #70 and 71 a year ago, respectively. Jean Segura was also the #55 prospect a year ago, but is no longer eligible for this list. With that said, after trading for Zack Greinke and Shaun Marcum and failing to sign first round pick Dylan Covey the Brewers were left with no Top 100 prospects in 2011.
Former Brewer farmhand Jake Odorizzi, who was sent to Kansas City in the Zack Greinke deal and has since been traded again to the Rays, is on the list at #92.
