- Yesterday, Derek announced that BCB has two new writers for the site: Travis Sarandos and Kyle Lesniewski. More info on the two new additions is available in yesterday's post.
- We also got our first taste of the new writers on the site this morning. First up was Travis Sarandos, who wrote about the Brewers participating in the Arizona Fall League.
- Following him, Kyle Lesniewski posted his first article, looking at Elian Herrera and the possibility of him being the full time starter at third base in 2016.
- In the MVBrewers poll, you voted Khris Davis as the #3 Most Valuable Brewer of 2015. Derek has a profile of the Brewers left fielder.
- The Brewers did make a few front office changes yesterday, letting go of farm director Reid Nichols and offering new positions to assistant GM Gord Ash and Scott Martens. They also hired Rays director of player personnel Matt Arnold to be the new assistant GM.
- The Milwaukee BBWAA announced their list of Brewers Team Awards yesterday. Ryan Braun was named team MVP, Francisco Rodriguez the Most Valuable Pitcher, Adam Lind the Top Newcomer, Jeremy Jeffress the Unsung Hero, and Jonathan Lucroy the "Good Guy" Award. - Reviewing the Brew has a few more player grades up, with Pete Schwichtenberg grading the seasons of Ariel Pena and Kyle Lohse.

- Marcus Young of Miller Park Prospects has a season review for the Biloxi Shuckers.
- Helena president & GM Paul Fetz was named Pioneer League Executive of the Year. The Brewer Nation blog has more details on the award.
- Brett Phillips is one of the big names on the Surprise Saguaros roster for the Brewers. Spencer Fordin of MLB.com has a profile on the Brewers prospect as he continues his year in the Arizona Fall League.
- Over in the FanPosts, Infield Fly Rule notes a couple of performances from the first day of the Arizona Fall League.
- The Timber Rattlers Staff grew 300 pounds of food in their ballpark garden this year, and all of the food was donated to the St. Joseph's Food Program. Chris Mehring of the Timber Rattlers has more details on the garden.

Around Baseball
- LHP Jo-Jo Reyes of the Angels cleared outright waivers and has elected to become a free agent. The Angels also announced that pitching coach Mike Butcher and hitting coach Don Baylor will not return.
- Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano underwent surgery to repair an injury to his core muscles. He is expected to be ready for spring training.
- The pitch clock experiment in the minor leagues was mostly a successful one, with game times dropping by 10 or more minutes in each of the Triple-A Leagues and Double-A Leagues. John Sickels of Minor League Ball asks if the pitch clock should now be carried over to the majors.
- In the wake of the Ruben Tejada injury, player safety has come up as an issue again, with some calls coming out to change the rules to protect infielders. Commissioner Rob Manfred has admitted that player safety is important, but a new slide rule will be difficult to put together.
