The Thursday Thinker: Repeat All Stars

New, 8 comments

A couple of recent Brewers departures belong among some pretty elite company.

Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports

Last week in the Quick Mug we celebrated Carlos Gomez's 30th birthday. Gomez was an All Star as a Brewer in both 2013 and 2014, earning him a spot in a relatively small group.

Gomez is one of just 16 players in franchise history to appear in multiple Midsummer Classics. How many can you name in eight minutes? As an added bonus, the 27 Brewers who have appeared in exactly one All Star Game are also included as bonus answers on this quiz.

If this quiz isn't displaying correctly for you here or you'd simply prefer to take it over there, follow this link to take it at Sporcle.com.

Please post your score in the comments below, but also remember that the comments on this post may contain spoilers. If you get all 16 answers correct, post your time with your score in the comments.

If you finish this quiz and want another challenge, there are literally dozens more in the archive, including last week's quiz asking you to name the Brewers' top ten prospects from each of the last 12 seasons and three more from this offseason.

Have fun, and don't forget to post your score in the comments!
