The Jean Segura/Tyler Wagner Trade
- The big news from the weekend is a five-player trade that took place on Saturday night. The Brewers sent Jean Segura and Tyler Wagner to the Diamondbacks for starting pitcher Chase Anderson, infielder Aaron Hill, and prospect Isan Diaz.

Notes from Brewers On Deck
- Ryan Braun spoke to reporters during the event. One topic was his recovery from back surgery, which is behind schedule, but still hopeful to be ready for Opening Day.
- The plan to rebuild is in full swing, and most of the team is buying into it. Adam McCalvy has some quotes from Mark Attanasio, who is embracing the rebuild and preparing fans for the rough years to come.
- Matt Garza was on hand at Brewers On Deck, and he spoke to reporters for the first time since he was removed from the rotation last season. Garza is ready to pitch in 2016 and rebuild his value.
- Center field will have one of the biggest competitions in Spring Training. Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel looks at the brewing competition for center field.
- Tom Haudricourt notes that the Brewers signed nine of their unsigned players to one-year deals.

- The Baseball Prospectus Top 101 Prospects list came out on Friday, and four Brewers made the list, led by Orlando Arcia at #12. Travis has the complete list.
- Meanwhile, the position-by-position look at top minor league prospects on MLB Pipeline concluded with the outfielder prospects. Brett Phillips made it onto the list at #9.

- The Dodgers signed second baseman Howie Kendrick to a two-year, $20 million contract.
- The Mets avoided arbitration with second baseman Neil Walker and signed him to a one-year, $10.55 million contract.
- The Rangers avoided arbitration with LHP Jake Diekman and signed him to a one-year, $1.255 million contract.
- The Red Sox avoided arbitration with pitcher Robbie Ross and signed him to a one-year, $1.25 million contract.
- The Royals signed outfielder Travis Snider to a minor-league deal. They also designated RHP Louis Coleman for assignment.
