It was down to the wire!! In our closest vote so far, the righty beat the lefty as Devin Williams earned the No. 9 spot on your list over Kodi Medeiros by a single vote, taking a lead literally seconds before the final bell. As the second week of our countdown comes to a close, we're rounding out the final spot in our top ten today. There are plenty of players still left that are firmly in the top ten of many organizational lists: Clint Coulter and Monte Harrison are both in the top ten of multiple publications.
