I'm very excited to announce my new partnership with a company named BreakingT. Everyone loves baseball. Everyone loves T-shirts. Now for the first time in the history of humankind the two are coming together! Okay, so it's not the first time in humankind. But this is still really cool.
BreakingT is an up-and-coming T-shirt company with a focus on sports. Specifically on keeping up with new trends in sports. All the "breaking" news. Periodically when they put up new Brewers related merchandise I'll be given a referral link like this one for this first shirt. Click that link, buy the shirt, and I get a few bucks! They can react quickly to whatever is going in today's game and within a short period have a relevant T-Shirt celebrating an event or even a meme! If the title didn't already clue you in, I think you know where I'm going with this.
Hank the Ballpark Pup found himself in the middle of the biggest *ahem* news story of this year's spring training. Was Hank an impostor? Did the original ascend to the dog park in the sky? Was he abducted by aliens??? Or perhaps he just retired to puppy Boca Raton. According to the Brewers, Hank is alive and well. He's just gone from penniless waif to pampered pup. Oh the difference a few Milk-Bones and a mani-puppy (no I'm not sorry) can make!
Of course as with any good conspiracy theory, rumors still exist that this is just more smoke and mirrors. Perhaps we'll never know the truth. Perhaps it's better to accept a lie than search for a truth impossible to locate. I don't know about you, but I took the Brewers advice:

I choose to believe Hank is Hank. I think for sanity's sake you should too! And now you can go one step further. Now you can wear your feelings on your shoulders--quite literally.
When you click on this link you can purchase the "Believe in Hank" T-shirt. And when you do purchase a shirt using this link, yours truly will receive a referral fee. So, you know, buy a bunch of shirts! I need to get ready for grilling season and I have a lot of brats to buy.
In all seriousness though, I think this is going to be a great partnership. Not just because I stand to profit some--though that is nice ;). I think they have a great business model. Last year they had a Jose Bautista bat flip shirt out almost immediately. That's cool. And they work with their partners to create the shirts. I helped them every step of the way with this Believe shirt. And we're working on others that should hopefully become available soon. That's the great thing. Because I have input, I can help them make shirts geared towards us Brewers fans. And that also means I can float your ideas as well. Obviously not every idea is going to fly, but I think it's pretty cool that we perhaps have the chance to create a shirt we want and then buy it.
