Your Milwaukee Brewers are now 9-7 in Cactus League play, just 1.5 games behind Oakland and Seattle in the race for the prestigious Cactus Cup.
The Cactus Crew is on a bit of a roll lately, winning their last five non-split squad games. Today they once again face off against the Cincinnati Reds, who appear to be tanking for a better Cactus League draft pick. The league really needs to do something to make sure the integrity of the Cactus Cup remains intact before you have people saying things like, “these games don’t matter.”
The time change means Brewers games will start an hour later from here on out, since Arizona insists on confusing everyone by not observing daylight saving time. First pitch is at 3:05 p.m. CDT.
