After six long weeks, we’re almost there.
The Brewers play their final exhibition game of the spring this afternoon and will try to “sweep” the two-game set against the Chicago White Sox at Miller Park. First pitch is set for 1:10 p.m. CDT.
Jimmy Nelson will get the final tune-up start for the Brewers, and will presumably try to go 5 innings as he gets ramped up for regular season pitch counts. He’ll face off against former Rangers lefty Derek Holland.
With a left-hander on the mound, Jesus Aguilar gets the start at first base over Eric Thames and Hernan Perez will start at third over Travis Shaw. Other than that, this seems like an Opening Day-ish kind of lineup from the Brew Crew:

No TV this afternoon, but the game will be on the radio.
