Game Thread #26: Atlanta Braves (10-12) @ Milwaukee Brewers (12-13)

The Brewers try to finish the first month of the season with a .500 record while avoiding a sweep at home.

The Milwaukee Brewers will wrap up what's been a disappointing homestand to this point, trying to salvage a win today against the Atlanta Braves.

The 10-game stretch featuring six games against the Reds and Braves should've inspired some confidence in the Brewers coming out of a tough April schedule with a winning record. While they took care of business against the Reds, this series against the Braves has been a nightmare in just about every facet of the game. The less said about Saturday night, the better.

Still, ending the first month of the season at .500 would be a pleasant surprise for a team that wasn't really expected to be this competitive early in the year. Let's get to it.

Lineups:

First pitch is 1:10 p.m. CDT on FS Wisconsin.
