The Brewers have been in first place for like a week now, though their lead is down to just a half-game after losing three straight to put their record at 25-21. The starting staff needs help and figures to get some in Junior Guerra. The bullpen has been heavily strained because of the lack of innings from the starting staff, but has been performing well and keeping most games close for the vaunted starting lineup.
