Game Thread #51: Milwaukee Brewers (27-23) @ New York Mets (21-27)

I think a Memorial Day Brewer win would be a wonderful thing.

Can we duplicate Sunday's Sunday?

I'm feeling good about today's game Maybe it's because I'm off from my "real" job for three days. But it just feels like the team hitting slump might just be over. Craig Counsell liked the over-all make-up of yesterday's line-up, so he is kind of using it again. Eric Thames returns to the line-up in left field and the second spot, with Domingo Santana back in the fifth spot. Keon Broxton remains the lead-off hitter.

Milwaukee's Matt Garza (2-1, 3.60) tries to bounce back from his poor start against the Blue Jays, and faces the Mets' Robert Gsellman (2-3, 6.45). Here's hoping that Robert can duplicate his last start against the Brewers.
