The Brewers begin an important four-game series in St. Louis with game one of a doubleheader and a top pitching prospect making his MLB debut.

With an entire division treading water, the Brewers come into St. Louis still atop the standings. Even with the Cardinals struggling mightily lately, they find themselves just 2.5 games behind the Brewers, making this four-game set -- and by extension, today's doubleheader -- a pretty significant series for mid-June.

The Brewers have brought in plenty of reinforcements for today, including Brandon Woodruff, who will be taking the ball in Game 1 to make his MLB Debut. Lance Lynn takes the hill first for the Cardinals. First pitch is at 1:15 p.m. CDT on FS Wisconsin (and MLB Network for the parts of our readership who are outside the media market).
