Brewers News and Notes

It took them a while, but the Brewers finally won another series. Not only did they win another series, but they did it against a division rival, taking three of four from the Cardinals. While the Cardinals aren’t playing their best this season, this victory still feels good. It’s the second straight series the Brewers have won in St. Louis this season, and their first series win since a mid-May series win in San Diego. With the schedule turning in the Brewers favor, there’s a good chance to continue to build on that in the next few days. The Brewers are home for seven now, starting with three against the Pirates, and the first of those coming against former Brewers prospect Miguel Diaz.
