The Los Angeles Dodgers (1-2) are starting lefty Rich Hill in tonight’s game four at Dodger Stadium, so the Milwaukee Brewers (2-1) are going with a different line-up than vs righty Walker Buehler. Jonathan Schoop will make his first appearance of the series, starting at second base while Travis Shaw begins the day on the bench. My guess is we’ll see Travis at some point tonight. Manny Pina gets the start behind the plate.
Milwaukee is going with a lefty as well, but it’s “initial out-getter” Gio Gonzalez, who will likely only pitch two or three innings. The Dodgers are making one concession to the probable shortness of Gio’s start, putting Yasiel Puig in right despite his extreme split deficiency against lefties. Brian Dozier is in the opening line-up at second base and Kike’ Hernandez moves to centerfield. Cody Bellinger begins the day on the bench.
