Here’s your Milwaukee Brewers NLDS Playoff Roster

How does it match your predictions?

Well, we knew that Brandon Woodruff was on it!

I love the pronunciation guide.

No Xavier Cedeno or Dan Jennings, but both Gio Gonzalez and Wade Miley. Does that mean that one of them is the second out-getter today? And only eleven total pitchers.

Both Keon Broxton and Domingo Santana are on this roster. So there are pinch hitters and defensive replacements. But there won’t be much relief pitching in the middle innings.

You can use the pitching roster to figure out the team’s strategy for the series. Let’s hope that none of the relievers (or middle out-getters) have a bad outing. The Brewers might not be able to recover from that.

This team has been unconventional all year, from the Lorenzo Cain and Christian Yelich acquisitions to the late season additions. Why should we think that they would approach the playoffs any other way?

This is the group that Brewer fans will cheer on for the next three to five days. I, of course, want the Brewers to win. Because, well, you know. But I want them to keep going so that I can see their outside-the-box NLCS and World Series rosters, too!
