MLB: NLDS-Colorado Rockies at Milwaukee Brewers Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

Giveaway days always tend to be some of the most popular at Miller Park, and depending on your perspective, that can either be good or bad.

One the one hand, it’s always good to fill Miller Park. On the other hand, the items tend to bring out the worst in people -- often from those who normally don’t attend games -- especially if it’s a limited giveaway.

I was there at the lightweight hoodie giveaway this year and barely lived to tell the tale. I saw and heard things that day from seemingly nice older ladies that day that I will never forget. I will be nominating the Miller Park staff that worked that day for sainthood.

Regardless, the Brewers are out with their list of 2019 giveaway days. Here’s what we can expect in the next year:

March 31st vs. St. Louis - Jesus Aguilar bobblehead (all fans)

May 3rd vs. New York Mets - Short-sleeve t-shirt (first 10,000 fans)

May 5th vs. New York Mets - Jeremy Jeffress bobblehead (all fans)

June 7th vs. Pittsburgh - Can koozie (first 10,000 fans 21+ years old)

June 9th vs. Pittsburgh - Christian Yelich MVP and Silver Slugger bobblehead (all fans)

June 23rd vs. Cincinnati - Fanny pack (all fans)

June 28th vs. Pittsburgh - Trucker hat (first 10,000 fans)

June 30th vs. Pittsburgh - Prince Fielder bobblehead (all fans)

July 14th vs. San Francisco - Cecil Cooper replica jersey (all fans)

August 9th vs. Texas - Strapback hat (first 10,000 fans 21+)

August 11th vs. Texas - Josh Hader bobblehead (all fans)

August 25th vs. Arizona - TBD bobblehead (all fans)

Christian Yelich gets his MVP bobble, and Prince Fielder looks like this year’s “retro” bobble. JR Radcliffe of the Journal-Sentinel also brings up a good question -- do the Brewers dare try the “real hair” bobble with Hader after the Derrick Turnbow debacle?
