Your Milwaukee Brewers came up short in Game 1 against the red-hot Mets, unable to overcome a poor start from Zach Davies.
The hope for some better luck tonight with Chase Anderson on the mound, facing off against Matt Harvey. Anderson is coming off of a tough-luck loss against the Cubs in which he allow just 2 runs over 6 innings, but was pulled after 89 pitches. Harvey, meanwhile, got beat up a little by the Nationals in his last start, allowing 4 runs off of 9 hits and a walk in 5 innings -- but the Mets won the game anyway, because that's how things have been going for them early on.
Both Lorenzo Cain and Domingo Santana are in the starting lineup after being hobbled in an outfield collision Friday night. Christian Yelich took swings in the batting cage today, but Adam McCalvy says he won't be activated for the series finale tomorrow afternoon.
A win tonight would be helpful, considering the Brewers face Noah Syndergaard on Sunday afternoon.
