Game Thread #11: Milwaukee Brewers (5-5) @ St. Louis Cardinals (4-5)

On the road again...

Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

The Milwaukee Brewers (5-5) hope that a change of venue from Miller Park to Busch Stadium prove to be beneficial to all facets of their game, as they visit the St. Louis Cardinals (4-5). Brett Phillips joins the Brewers with relief pitcher Adrian Houser going back down to AA Biloxi, but Maverick will not be in the line-up tonight.

In an article on JSO, Tom Haudricourt quotes Craig Counsell: "...Brett will be in (the lineup) tomorrow, somewhere, with (Carlos) Martinez pitching..."

Jhoulys Chacin (0-1, 7.00) goes for the Brewers, and the Cards send out Miles Mikolas (1-0, 6.35). Mikolas was the winning pitcher last Monday when the Cardinals won Milwaukee's home opener 8-4.
