Jimmy Nelson still on track in recovery from shoulder surgery

Jimmy Nelson is still on the mend after undergoing shoulder surgery at the end of last season. He had begun a throwing program, but felt he had "plateaued" when throwing at 150 feet. The Brewers sent him to his surgeon, Dr. ElAttrache, for a check up, and all signs are good after that checkup. His shoulder is recovering nicely and there have been no setbacks. He will take ten days off now before starting up again. The Brewers were hoping for him to return to the rotation in June, and it appears as though he is still on schedule to meet that goal.
