Game Thread #61: Milwaukee Brewers (37-23) @ Cleveland Indians (30-28)

Back at it in Cleveland

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

While the brain trust of the Milwaukee Brewers (37-23) continues to work on the 2018 Amateur Draft, there is still baseball to be played, and the Crew opens up a two game set with the Cleveland Indians (30-28) in the city that houses the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Brewers are two games up on the Cubs, in first in the NL Central. The Tribe leads the AL Central by 2.5 games over the Tigers, and you get the feeling that they would win more if it were necessary.

The Brewers face the same two starters that they saw in a two game set in Milwaukee a month ago. Corey Klubar (8-2, 2.02) looks to avenge his loss in that series that split 1-1 tonight, and the Brewers will counter with Junior Guerra (3-3, 2.65).
