Adam McCalvy reports that the expected move to return Wade Miley to the active roster was made today, along with other moves to shore up the pitching staff:

Peralta wasn’t going to start again before the break, so might as well make use of his spot. Miley comes off the 60-day DL to start vs. Pirates.
Miley returns from the 60 Day Disabled List (for an injured oblique), which combined with a left groin injury at the start of the season (suffered at the end of spring training) has limited the veteran lefty to two starts and 6.1 innings this season. In an incredibly tiny sample size he is 1-0 with a 1.42 ERA and a 1.263 WHIP.
Jorge Lopez goes down after his multi-inning stint in extra innings last night, and will be replaced by Adrian Houser in the pen. Nate Orf again will try and return to AAA Colorado Springs, with Alec Asher coming up.
Houser has pitched well in five appearances at the big league level this season, going nine innings with a 1.00 ERA, 0.778 WHIP. Asher worked in one game in relief earlier this year, working two innings without allowing a run.
