Five games left to the All Star break - time to get hot

Losing 2 of 3 to the Marlins - both in extra innings - can wear on a guy

The Pittsburgh Pirates good start in April and they are now closer to the Cincinnati Reds for last than they are to the Milwaukee Brewers for first in the NL Central; in fact, they are just 2.5 games out of last.

The Brewers, though, just lost two of three to the Miami Marlins so any feelings of smugness are well buried. Wade Miley returns for yet another attempt at pitching for an extended period of time for the Brewers; in his two starts he is 1-0 with a 1.42 ERA but has only gone 6.1 innings.

Jameson Taillon (5-7, 4.05) will attempt to get the Brewers lunging at sliders off the plate, which they do with alarming frequency.
