We've known for awhile that Freddy Peralta would start today's series finale against the Nationals, but that the right-hander would first need to be summoned back from the minor leagues after being optioned before the All-Star break. The Brewers made that move official this morning, recalling Peralta and optioning outfielder Brett Phillps to AAA Colorado Springs. Phillips has four hits and two walks in 24 big league plate appearances as a bench player this season.
