International Free Agents... are they worth it?

And... if they are worth it... how much do you need to spend?

Well... let's go through MLBs Top-100 prospects and see if any international free agents show up on the list.

So... international signings can make a difference and even ones that aren't top prospects (i.e. sign for very little money) wind up being pretty good prospects.
