The Milwaukee Brewers (85-65) have lost two straight, and it is imperative that they just stop doing that. In to try and keep the negatives going are the Cincinnati Reds (64-86), who just played the Cubs about even in Chicago. The Brewers have stopped producing runs without homers (well, in the last two games), so some runs ANY other way would be nice. The Reds pitched the Cubs very well in Chicago, allowing three, one, and one runs in the three games.
Going for the Reds is Anthony DeSclafani (7-5, 4.80). The Brewers have Wade Miley (4-2, 2.23), who is arguably Milwaukee’s top opener.
Good at bats, Brewers!
