Zach Davies gets the starting nod for the Brew Crew in Scottsdale Stadium against the San Francisco Giants. The Brewers starting nine will be opposed by the “often rumored to be traded at some point this season” Madison Bumgarner. The Cubs lit up the Giants ace in his Spring Training debut. Overall, Mad Bum is sporting an 11.57 ERA over 7 innings pitched. Davies has been a bit better in games that don’t count sporting a 3.72 ERA over 9.2 innings.
